Shipping policy

We want getting your order to be as straightforward as using it. Here is exactly how our delivery works, with no surprises.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no delivery charge added.

Delivery time
UK orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not able to redirect an order once it has been dispatched, and we cannot take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Delays outside our control
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or busy periods around holidays. We will always do our best to keep you informed if this happens.

Missed or failed delivery
If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery, they will usually leave a card or notification with instructions for rearranging delivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected in time, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost or damaged parcels
We take care to package every order well. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Where possible, keep any packaging and send us a photo of any damage, as this helps us resolve the issue quickly. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help, but once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
